Sunday Mornings
On Sunday mornings, we offer SHINE Children’s Church for kids ages toddler through fifth grade. This is a special opportunity for them to learn about Jesus in an engaging way, complete with crafts and snacks. It’s a great time for your children to grow in their faith while you focus on the message with the “big kids”!

What will my child learn?
Our mission is to introduce every child to Jesus. It is our goal that your children not only have fun and enjoy a tasty snack, but that they are pointed to Jesus each and every week!
What ages are allowed to go to children's church?
We have children anywhere from toddlers up through fifth grade. Additionally we have teen helpers that assist our teachers.
What does Good Ground Church do to ensure my child's safety?
We do our best to care for your kids like they are our own because they are an important part of our church family! All volunteers who are left alone with children are screened and vetted with clearance checks. Additionally, we make sure that the access to our children’s church space is limited to only those who need to be in that area.
What about my teenager?
We have a place for your teen also! On Sunday mornings they sit in the main sanctuary with the adults, unless they are helping with children’s church, but we have special services and events just for them. Make sure you check out our teen page to see what we offer for them!
Nursery
We provide a dedicated nursery area on Sunday mornings for the youngest members of Good Ground Church. The nursery is staffed every other week, but if you visit on a week when it’s not staffed, you are welcome to use it at your convenience.
VBS
Each summer, we host a themed Bible School where your kids can enjoy several days of fun, excitement, and learning about God’s Word!
