Rebuilding Challenges
January 26, 2025 | Pastor John Starr
Rebuilding broken areas of life inevitably brings opposition, both internal and external. Internal resistance comes from our own doubts and hesitations, while external opposition often stems from those uncomfortable with our transformation. The greatest resistance emerges when we begin taking action, not just talking about change. Like Nehemiah rebuilding Jerusalem’s walls, success requires remembering our identity in God, maintaining confidence in His provision, and continuing the work despite challenges. Most importantly, rebuilding should never be attempted alone – community support provides essential protection, encouragement, and accountability.
